The video explains the impact of eating fast food on health.  It also explained some research on the influence of fast food in several regions. 

There is even a connection between fast food and mental health

1. Ultra = a person who holds extreme views, especially in politics

2. Cap = a soft hat that fits closely and is worn for a particular purpose

3. Escaped = having escaped from a place

4. Fizzy = (of a drink) having bubbles of gas in it

  I watch videos with subtitles. The language used is quite formal. And, there are some vocabulary that I don't understand. I first watch the video in its entirety, then write down the vocabulary that I don't understand.  

  

Benefits: What benefits did you learn from this topic?

I studied several expressions used in reviewing food products.  Apart from the context from the video, I also learned some of the vocabulary used to describe food.
