Summary
This video is about a speaker named Angela who explains the concept of "grit," which is how someone can persevere in doing something they don't like. Angela talks about her experience in understanding every human's development. Starting from her experience of being a teacher, even being psychological. She thinks that a good mindset can influence the process of one's development.

9. Rookie = a person who has just started a job or an activity and has very little experience
10. Grit = the courage and strength of mind that makes it possible for somebody to continue doing something difficult or unpleasant

In this listening activity, I listened to a TED talk delivered by Angela Lee Duckworth. I listened to this video just once, with subtitles. I paused the video when I came across vocabulary that I did not understand. Then I wrote them down and looked up the meaning of the vocabulary when I finished watching the video. In this activity, I also learned the meaning of the video.
Benefits: What benefits did you learn from this topic?
I studied the accent used by the speaker when he delivered his speech. In addition, I also learned vocabulary that I didn't know before. In addition, I also learned new terms. For example, "grid" means to learn something whose meaning we didn't know before. In addition, from this video, I also learned about the public speaking techniques used by the speaker, one of which is eye contact with the audience.
