Summary  
   This short film tells the story of a woman who initially broke her heart because of her old boyfriend. But unexpectedly, he even met his soul mate in a salon. The woman wanted to cut her hair, and the man who cut her hair was her soul mate. Eventually they got closer to each other until they decided to get married. Unfortunately, the woman turned out to have stage 3 cancer. Despite this, her boyfriend didn't give up, and always cheered her on. Finally, the woman eventually recovered, and they were happy until they had children.  
   
Vocabularies/language expressions learnt :
1. Glued  = to join two things together using glue
2. Afford = (usually used with can, could or be able to, especially in negative sentences or questions)
to have enough money to be able to buy or do something
3. Shave  = to cut hair from the skin, especially the face, using a razor
4. Swiftly = quickly; after a very short time
5. Blew    = to send out air from the mouth
6. Apart   = separated by a distance, of space or time
7. Bald     = having little or no hair on the head


Activities : What did you do? what scores do you get? 
   In this activity, I watched the film only once. This film automatically uses subtitles. I observe the film occasionally using subtitles, and occasionally I take my eyes off the subtitles. If I hear vocabulary that I don't understand, I stop the video and record the vocabulary, so that when the film is over, I can look up the vocabulary that I don't understand.

Benefits : What benefits did you learn from this topic?
    in this video I learn about the moral message of a woman's struggle. Apart from that, I also learned several English accents that are used not by native speakers, but by Chinese people. In addition, I also got a new vocabulary, which can increase my knowledge.
  
Self-Assessment
The speed was OK.

This helped my listening skills. I think my listening skills are improving. I need to improve. listening to main ideas/listening to details/listening to numbers/listening to fast speech/listening to connected speech/listening for a long time/listening to other accents/my vocabulary/my pronunciation.
